How Does Delesign Work? What is the process?

We’ve spent a lot of time perfecting the perfect design process, making it as effective, and as simple, as possible. We’ve also created a demo showing you exactly what it’s like to submit a design request and make revisions with your designer. You can view this demo here.

After signing up and being matched with your dedicated designer, you’ll be able to access our client platform, Go. On Go, you can submit a design request, in which you fill out information regarding the design you would like created. This process is shown below:


Your designer will receive all of this information as soon as you have submitted the design request, and will begin working on your project as soon as their shift begins (see here for more information on Day and Night schedules). You are allowed to submit as many design requests as you would like, however please note that your designer will only begin work on the next design request once they have completed your prior request.

This design request you have created will be visible in the Past Requests section of Go. Clicking on the request will bring up the entire history of this design request, as shown below:

You can message your designer directly here, or if you prefer email, you can send your designer messages through email by responding to the design request’s email.

For simple projects, we’re proud of our less-than-one-day turnaround time, and depending on when you submitted the design request, you may even expect to receive your project completed the same day it was submitted. More complex projects of course will take longer. For example, a one minute animated explainer video will take an average of 7-15 days to complete, whereas an infographic may require less than one day of turnaround. If your project takes more than one day to complete, your designer will continue to send you daily updates regarding your project until it is completed.

Once your project is completed, your designer will send you a link to your completed design files. You will receive both the Adobe native files, as well as any other file types you specified in your design request.

Should you wish for revisions, no problem! We offer unlimited revisions and your designer would be happy to use your feedback to create exactly what you’re envisioning. You can easily message your designer any time, and they will continue working on your project during their shift (see here for more information on Day and Night schedules).
