When you put your account on hold, all of your files will be stored on our servers, and you will continue to have access to your account. However, while your account is on hold, you will not be able to send messages to your designer, or submit new design requests.<\/p>\n

When you are ready to remove the hold from your account, simply login to your account at go.delesign.com<\/a>. Simply click on the banner, as seen at the top of every page, and complete your new subscription payment.
