I Canceled My Subscription Earlier. I Want To Sign Up Again. What Do I Do?
When you cancel our service, we will permanently delete your design files from our storage server at the end of your billing period. For those that do not wish to have their files deleted, we allow clients to have their account put on hold.
If you had canceled, but your paid billing period had not ended yet, you will see a banner on top of each go.delesign.com page letting you know what date your account will be cancelled. Should you no longer wish to have your account cancelled on that date, please click on the banner to complete your payment for the next billing period. After doing this, your account will no longer be deleted, and you will continue to be able to use your account.
If you have previously canceled your account and would like to start our services once more - welcome back! We are glad to be of service again. Simply login to your account again and follow the prompt to renew and we will get you set up with a designer promptly. If you had canceled prior to March 2019, you may need to create a new account again.
