Issues Submitting Email Messages To Designer

Have you sent an email to your designer to [email protected] and received an email stating there was a problem receiving your message?

This means that Delesign did not recognize the subject line of the email you sent.

Whenever your designer sends you a message, the message will appear both on your client platform Go as well as an email sent to your email address. The email that is sent to your email address is from our email relay service, and will be sent to you from the email address [email protected].

When you reply back to this email from [email protected], we are able to automatically relay your message to your designer directly, as well as include this email message onto the client portal project thread for this design request. But we are only able to do so if the subject line remains unchanged.

Do not change the subject line in any way when replying back to the email. Including anything, such as “Fwd” or anything else to the subject line will cause our automatic relay system to not recognize your message, and will cause it to not be sent to your designer or to the client portal.
