Issues Submitting Projects via Email

Have you tried submitting a new project via email to [email protected] and received an email stating there was a problem receiving your new project? This means that Delesign did not recognize the email address used to submit your new project via email. Before trying to submit your project via email again, please make sure that the email address you used to submit the project via email was the same email address you use to login to go.delesign.com. If you use any other email address, such as the secondary email address associated with your Delesign account that you have input into the settings of the client portal, our system will not recognize your email message, and your email message will not be converted into a project. If you have confirmed this, but are still receiving an error response email, you may be using a third party email service or program that sends your email from a different email address than your own. Please make sure that the email address that is sending the email to [email protected] is the same email address that you use to login to go.delesign.com. Please allow as much as 1 hour for your email to be converted into a project on our Go portal, although most emails will be converted into projects within 10-25 minutes. Once your email has successfully converted into a project on the Go portal, you will receive an email confirmation for your new project. Should you still be facing issues, please submit your design project directly through the client portal.
