Submit Projects Via Email

You can access our client portal to submit projects via desktop, mobile, and tablet devices, however for those who wish to avoid using the portal altogether, you can submit projects to your designer via email. This feature is intended to allow you to quickly submit non-complex projects. To take advantage of this, all you need to do is send an email to [email protected] from the Delesign email address that you use to login to your go.delesign.com account. If you send the email message from any other email address, such as your secondary email, the project will not be submitted. To view more details regarding each individual design request, simply click on the design request. From here, you can view the original design request you submitted, view the conversation between your designer and you, download the completed design files, attach new files, and message your designer. Our system will automatically convert the email you submit into a new project on the Go portal based on the email's subject and body: -Subject: The subject of the email message will be converted into the name of the new project. -Body: The body of the email message will be converted into the project description. Please allow as much as 1 hour for your email to be converted into a project on our Go portal, although most emails will be converted into projects within 10-25 minutes. Should you need your project to be created immediately, please login to the Go portal to submit your project. Once your email has successfully converted into a project on the Go portal, you will receive an email confirmation for your new project. This allows you to completely avoid using the Go portal, as you can both submit design projects via email and reply to your designer via email.
